Amido was founded in 2010 - born from a desire to work differently, to bring business outcomes to the front of technical thinking, to deliver great cloud-native solutions for clients in a flexible, scalable way, and to maximise our impact and creativity by remaining open and technology agnostic in our thinking.
We've worked hard to create a culture that allows our people the freedom to enjoy doing the work of their lives, an approach that means we’re not just an extension of our clients’ teams – we’re a part of them.

Our story
Our founders have both technical consultancy and client backgrounds, giving Amido a strong focus on delivering better business outcomes and a first-hand understanding of our clients' worlds.
They were frustrated seeing the vast amounts of time and resource being wasted by organisations repeating the same thinking, returning to the drawing board with every new project.
Our founders believed from the outset that delivering real value was about understanding business outcomes, identifying the right combination of flexible, scalable services on offer and only customising where required.
Amido was created to deliver a level of engineering excellence and a standard of quality across the entire business that sets us apart from the competition.
