Senior Business Strategy Consultant
About the role and what you'll be doing
You will be leading workshops, defining business needs and becoming the go-to person for your client in relation to project strategy. You will also be consulting with clients to identify business needs, provide best practices and assist clients in realising the business benefit of an investment in the cloud.

You will be a self-starter, proactive in your project work and your career, including identifying your training needs and planning to fill them with the help of your training budget.
We are a client-facing business, but we do encourage clients to allow us to work remotely for a majority of the time so if you are not required to be on client site, you can choose to work from home or in our Amido offices.
What you’ll bring to Amido
We are looking for passionate Senior Business Strategy Consultants who have a proactive attitude and can interact effectively within a team. You will also need the following experience:
- Creating business cases which construct a sector specific compelling offering
- Weighing business and technical requirements to produce backlogs and estimates
- Leading workshops, defining business needs and proposing business strategy changes
- Creating basic wireframes / clickable prototypes in order to take the stakeholders on a journey and understand what they are getting.
- Shaping engagements and projects
- Developing client relationships to identify and qualify sales opportunities with the assistance of senior leadership
- Building relationships with business stakeholders to drive project strategic changes
- Spotting potential strategic blockers on projects and know when to raise issues to the relevant people
- Producing project plans and estimates
- Creating and defining objectives against business strategy
- Track record of ensuring KPI’s and metrics on projects are adhered to
